Yacht rental in Baku starts from 150 AZN per hour for a sailing yacht or 550 AZN per hour for a motor yacht. The final price depends on four parameters: yacht type, duration, season, and day of the week. In this guide — ballpark rates for 2026, no hidden fees and no asterisks in fine print.
Important: the prices below are approximate references. The exact amount for your scenario is calculated in the calculator — it takes into account the specific yacht, date, duration, and season.
What affects the price
1. Yacht type
A sailing yacht is cheaper than a motor yacht, typically by 1.5–2 times. This is due to different operating economics: a sailing yacht doesn't need as much fuel — there's an engine, but it runs less often, with the sail being the main driving force.
2. Duration
The more hours you book, the cheaper each subsequent hour gets. On a sailing yacht, after the 5th hour the rate drops from 200 to 150 AZN/h. On a motor yacht — after the 4th hour from 250 to 150 AZN/h.
This works both ways: a 1-hour "hourly" booking is the most expensive format. If you can take the yacht for at least 3 hours — it works out cheaper per hour.
3. Season
The year breaks into three periods:
- High season (May–September) — stable operations, warm sea, active schedule
- Shoulder (October–December, April) — plenty of good weather windows for outings, prices 20–30% lower, but dates need to be agreed in advance. There have even been winter departures — we've spent New Year's Eve on the water more than once.
- Cold season (January–March) — too cold and windy, rare departures, by individual request only
The tables below show rates for high and low season sailing yachts. The shoulder season falls under the low tariffs. Motor yachts — no seasonal breakdown, the price stays the same year-round.
4. Day of the week
Weekday and weekend prices are the same.
Sailing yacht prices in 2026
Sailing yachts in Baku — from 150 to 300 AZN for the first hour (high season, May–September). The difference is in the yacht itself:
- Budget option — a simple sailing yacht without special amenities. From 150 AZN per hour.
- Standard / premium (for example, the Beneteau Oceanis 411 "Alora") — from 200 AZN per hour.
Cumulative pricing principle: the first hour at the higher rate, each subsequent hour cheaper. After the 5th hour the rate drops noticeably. 6 hours is 9% cheaper per hour than 5 hours, and 9 hours is another 10% cheaper per hour than 6 hours.
Typical scenarios on a standard yacht:
- 3 hours ~ 700 AZN
- Full day with swimming (6 h) ~ 1,250 AZN
- All day (9 h) ~ 1,700 AZN
On a budget yacht, prices are 30–40% lower. In the shoulder and cold seasons (October–April), prices drop by another 20–30%, departures by prior arrangement.
Motor yacht prices in 2026
Motor yacht outings — no seasonal breakdown, the price is the same year-round:
- 1 hour ~ 550 AZN
- 3 hours ~ 1,050 AZN
- 5 hours ~ 1,350 AZN
- 9 hours ~ 1,800 AZN
The calculation is the same — cumulative by hour. On a motor yacht, the "sweet spot" starts at 3 hours: after that, the rate drops noticeably, and each subsequent hour becomes more attractive.

What's included in the price
The rental price typically already includes:
- ✅ Experienced crew — captain and deckhand with years of experience on the Caspian, languages RU/EN/AZ
- ✅ Fuel for a typical route of up to 3 hours (beyond that — by actual consumption)
- ✅ Drinking water on board
- ✅ Safety equipment to safety standards (life jackets, emergency kits)
- ✅ Mooring and marina fees
On cheap aggregators, the captain and fuel are often charged separately, and the final price ends up higher.
What's NOT included and is paid separately
- ❌ Catering and alcohol — ordered separately or bring your own
- ❌ Deposit — usually none
- ❌ Date rescheduling — free in case of a storm warning, paid if cancelled from your side
Special case — bareboat charter
If you want to skipper the yacht yourself, without a permanent captain — this service is not available in Baku (specifics of the local waters and legal status).
Bareboat is available in places with developed charter infrastructure — Croatia, Greece, Turkey. If you're interested:

How to save on rental
- Book more hours. On a sailing yacht, 6 hours = 1,250 AZN versus 5 hours = 1,100 AZN — an extra 150 AZN for one more hour, against the fact that the 6th hour would otherwise cost the "short" rate of 200 AZN.
- Low season. If the weather permits (warm October–April happens), prices are 30% lower.
- Group of 6–8 people. On a motor yacht, that's optimal capacity. Split the bill with friends: for 8 people, it works out to about 150 AZN per person for a 5-hour rental.
